In both my corporate job and as a fitness professional, I had always had the desire to help others and impact their lives, until I found myself struggling. I found myself doing what we are supposed to do in life sometimes … JUST settle. Nobody had told me that it is ok to want to HAVE, BE and DO more. The enemy of an extraordinary life is having a “good” life.

I was living day to day, going through the motions and surviving instead of thriving. I would take the kids to school and hope that none of the other parents would greet me and say “Hey Andrea, how are you?”, because honestly I didn’t know if I could keep it together. I was feeling depressed, anxious, low in energy, I wasn’t taking care of myself and making myself a priority. I wasn’t showing up for my spouse, my kids, everyone around me and most importantly for myself. I know so many people feel this way and don’t talk about it, I know what it’s like to NOT know how and where to get started. Knowing deep inside that when we thrive, our families thrive too.

Thank God I found something incredible that not only supported my physical well-being but also became the perfect vehicle to allow me to impact even more lives. Being of service to others was the beginning of my transformation. I now coach others on the 3 transformational secrets that I discovered in my own journey that supported me in going from surviving to thriving and that were the difference that made the difference. After so many years struggling, I was able to crack the code.

If anything that I’ve said has moved you inside, I hope that you take action now before days become weeks, weeks months and months years. I believe EVERYONE deserves to experience a healthy, joyful, and ABUNDANT life. I wake up everyday with a fire in my belly as we are creating an ARMY of people who are willing, coachable and hungry for more. We share the same core values: family, health, freedom and fun. My wish for you is that you DECIDE TO take your life to the next level!

In the years before I saved myself, the only thing that got me out of bed was the fact that I had to get my kids to school. It would take everything in me to get them there, then I would return home only to get back into bed and merely exist.

After years and years of personally struggling, and trying many many different things, I felt the need to create a roadmap for people – who like I did – NEED A CHANGE, WANT A CHANGE, AND ARE READY FOR MORE and READY TO LIVE A LIFE BY DESIGN but feel so overwhelmed, that don’t even know where to get started. I was praying for an answer, I was praying for help and guidance, I had to take all the different pieces of the puzzle and put them together ONE BY ONE.

I was committed to doing whatever it took – to doing things I had never done before; to move from that place of surviving to living fully unleashed.

Regardless of where you are in life right now, there is always another level to go to. All I need from you is your commitment to leaving the past in the past and to stop worrying about the future. Just focus on the NOW. I need your unwavering commitment to making your life exactly the way you want it to be for YOU.

I AM here to guide you as you create a healthy life with purpose, freedom, success, abundance, contribution and fulfillment.
I AM here to inspire to you to BE, DO and HAVE more. WHY? Not because there is anything wrong with you or your life but because as human beings, what we have in our souls is a desire to continuously grow and improve. After all, PROGRESS is HAPPINESS. The day we stop growing IS the day we will start dying.

We are born to infinite possibilities and for some reason as we go through life, we shrink ourselves, we play small, we settle for whatever “life throws our way”, we live unhappy lives and we just settle for a “mediocre life”!
